Orders are shipped via DHL & Deutsche Post.

Depending on the time of the order, the product will be handed over to the post on the same day or the following working day. The delivery time within Germany is 3 - 5 working days and EU (Zone 1) 4 - 8 working days.

RETURN

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your order, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The request must include the information of your order such as order number, product name, size and the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a shipping with tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
